Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome launched re-election campaign with videos and a mascot promoting his idea of a new look for the Pattaya city.
At 24 April conference at the Amari Orchid Resort, the mayor presentation on vision of the future for the city, claiming it to be a selling point for attracting tourists and investors.
Hoping to give his re-election bid professional-looking polish, the mayor not only had a video created, but marketing slogan, logos and mascot. Under the “Pattaya’s New Look” title was a subhead of “Pattaya City – Definitely More.” The logo uses a dolphin to stress a resort that balances tourism with the environment.
He plans to launch a naming contest for the dolphin on the logo and advertise his “new look” on television, radio and online.
