Pattaya police are tightening security around Bali Hai Pier with a trio of traffic checkpoints aimed at cutting the number of crimes in the Bali Hai area.
The checkpoints will run from 10.30 am. to midnight until further notice.
A popular gathering place for teens and site of numerous gang-related incidents, Bali Hai will now have police stationed under the overpass near the pier and two between Banglamung and the Pattaya Courthouse.
