Center of Child and Women Protection Unit together with Chonburi police arrested Mr. Gregory Mill is 48 year old from United state working as a language teacher at an international school in Rayong.
The mother of a boy name’s Joe is 10 year old said her son had disappeared from home and assumed that he might be with the foreign teacher.
The police followed-up the case and arrested Mr. Gregory Mill at his house where they found tissue paper with semen stains and obscene pictures of the teacher and the boys.
